• What meeting rooms are available?

  The hotel features several meeting rooms and multipurpose halls, including the Amsterdam, Westerpark, Oosterpark, Jordaan, and De Pijp rooms, as well as boardrooms such as Zuidas. These spaces vary in size and are suitable for small to large gatherings.

• What is the seating capacity for each auditorium in a theater layout?

  The capacity per room in theater-style seating varies by venue: the Amsterdam Room can accommodate approximately 300 people in theater-style seating. Other meeting rooms, such as Jordaan and Zuidas, have a lower seating capacity in theater-style seating. We’d be happy to provide this information upon request.

• What is the capacity of each room in a boardroom layout?

  The boardroom called Zuidas can accommodate up to about 15 people.

• What audiovisual equipment (AV inventory) is available as standard in the rooms?

  All rooms are equipped with a laser projector, screen, and flip chart.

• What meeting packages are available at the hotel?

  Meeting packages that include coffee, tea, mineral water, soft drinks, and a refreshment buffet featuring a variety of sweet and savory treats, fresh fruit, and raw vegetables, with the option to add lunch or dinner.

• Is the room rental included in a meeting package?

  No, the room rental fee is separate from the meeting package

• What catering options are available?

  In addition to meeting packages, we offer options for a cocktail reception, a sit-down dinner, a standing reception, a live cooking buffet, and a breakfast package.

• What kinds of breakout snacks are available for business meetings?

  Upon arrival, there will be mini croissants, pain au chocolat, and similar items; during the coffee break, an assortment of sweet treats; and during the lunch break, a savory snack.

• How can guests request a copy of their invoice after check-out?

  Yes, a copy of the invoice can be emailed or printed

• How can guests request a VAT breakdown after checkout?

  The VAT breakdown is included on the invoice by default

• When is a reservation considered a group reservation (number of rooms)?

  Specific terms and conditions apply depending on the size of the group booking.
