On Sunday, May 11, we will put all mothers in the spotlight with a four-course lunch served at the à la carte restaurant in Van der Valk Hotel Amsterdam Zuidas. We will welcome you with a glass of cava after which you will enjoy an afternoon of culinary dishes, cozy atmosphere and of course the most important thing of all: time together! STARTER:
House-smoked salmon, brioche, chive espuma, quail egg.
(Vega: Asparagus, basil cake, chive espuma, quail egg, flour)

INTERMEDIATE:
Ratatouille, gnocchi, manchego, tomato molasses.

MAIN COURSE:
Veal sirloin steak, beet flan, asparagus, jacket potato, Madeira gravy.
(Vega: Beet wellington, asparagus, pesto, anise mushroom)

DESSERT:
Cinnamon roll, orange ice, Chantilly, merengue, berries
