Despite the large number of guests arriving due to the airport disruption, your staff checked us in quickly and efficiently. Our room was beautiful and impeccably clean, and the bed linen was exceptionally comfortable. The restaurant was outstanding — delicious dishes, great wine, and truly pleasant, polite service. The brasserie on the ground floor was also excellent. The location is perfect as well, especially with the railway station nearby. We had only a small issue with turning on the shower, and a staff member came immediately and fixed everything very quickly. Breakfast was another highlight: varied, fresh, and very tasty. I also appreciated the thoughtful layout — it is very smart that the breakfast restaurant and the evening restaurant are in separate areas. We wish you continued growth and prosperity.
