CANCELLATION POLICY:
Cancellation is possible free of charge until December 16, 2024. For cancellations after this time we will charge 50% of the reservation value. Changes or cancellations must be made in writing.
DOWN PAYMENT:
A 100% deposit of the package is applicable. By e-mail you will receive a payment link, payment must be completed no later than December 1, 2024. Reservations made after December 1, 2024 must be paid within 24 hours. Without full payment, your reservation is not final.
PARKING:
Parking is available in our parking garage. If you book your hotel night directly with us, we offer you the discounted rate of €12.50 per car per night. Booking a parking space in advance is unfortunately not possible but can be added for you at check-in.
