  1. Description

    Within our hotel you are responsible for all dishes that are served. You are dealing with individuals, but also with groups, conferences and other guests who visit our hotel.

    • Responsible for preparing dishes or dish parts of the kitchen
    • performing (preparatory) work;
    • carrying out preparations;
    • performing à la minute cooking activities;
    • portioning and garnishing according to established instructions with regard to ingredients,
    • recipe, working methods and external presentation;
    • monitoring and checking the quality, doneness, taste, color, fluidity, etc.;
    • assessing the ingredients to be used for freshness, shelf life, etc.;
    • Responsible for a clean working environment.


    What do we expect from you?:

    • At least one year of demonstrable experience in an equivalent position;
    • Knowledge of HACCP;
    • Hands on mentality;
    • Flexible attitude;
    • Passion for the hospitality industry;
    • Your Dutch and English speaking skills are excellent;

    The position is available for full time (38 hours). You work in alternating shifts, both during the week and on weekends. You also work during the holidays.
