General Rules

• All instructions by employees of the hotel, connected with house rules must be observed.
• Check-in is allowed from the age of 21. Minors should always be accompanied by a parent / legal representative (min. 25 years old). The presentation of a valid ID is mandatory. If the room is reserved for 2 people, a valid ID must be presented by both guests. It is not allowed to receive unregistered or other hotel guests in the room. If this is determined, you will be checked out immediately.
• The hotel is not responsible for loss or theft of your belongings.
• The managing board, the owner of this site and/or our staff working at the hotel can not be held responsible for any injuries and/or material or non-material damage which might encounter visitors to the site.
• Stay calm in case of fire. Report the fire at the reception and / or hit the nearest fire alarm. Do not use the elevator in case of fire.
• We have camera observation at various spots in our hotel. Anyone who is in our Hotel, agrees to be on camera. By calamities and/or incidents, these recordings can be shown as supporting material to third parties.
• Lost and founds need to be reported by the reception.
• Dogs are allowed in a some of our Comfort Twin Rooms. Dogs are not allowed in all other room types, the à la carte and live-cooking (breakfast) restaurant. Your dog is welcome in the lobby bar and brasserie.
• For our suites we ask for a deposit of €150.00 to guarantee the room. This can be paid by pre payment, pin or credit card. We will return the deposit on the day of departure in case the suite is left in the proper condition and all house rules are observed.

It is not allowed to:

• To use emergency as normal entrees.
• The wellness/fitness is exclusively for hotel guests. It is not permitted to enter our wellness and fitness areas without an overnight stay. Violation of this rule is punishable by a fine of €150 per person, which must be paid at reception. If payment is refused, we will report the offence to the police.
• To take properties of the hotel outside the building. When willfully damaging properties of the hotel one can be held responsible for the repair and/or renovation costs.
• To have, use or sell prohibited drugs or substances.
• To cause nuisance to other guests or staff, meaning; playing loud music, obnoxious behavior or noise of any kind.
• • To smoke throughout the building. Should we find that smoking has occurred anyway, this will be subject to a fine of €250.00. For your and our safety (and that of other guests), covering our fire alarms is absolutely prohibited. If we detect this, a fine of €250.00 will be imposed • To smoke throughout the building. • Receiving visitors in the room.
• Receiving guests in rooms for sexual commercial activities. If found or suspected, we will proceed with deportation resulting in a report to the authorities. Recording footage for the purpose of online sexual activity is also not allowed.
• It is not allowed to record video material in our rooms for the purpose of social media content. This is only allowed when permission has been received in consultation with our hotel.
• Violation of one or more of our house rules will result in a marking on our so-called alert list and a fine of €250 per room. Until further notice, we will no longer be able to grant you access to our hotel. For serious violations we will also proceed to a general denial of access to all Valk Exclusief hotels.

• In all cases not covered by these regulations, the hotel management will decide.
