Tasks and responsibilities:
Responsible for the start-up of the brasserie;
Direct management of the brasserie employees;
Responsible for the brasserie occupation;
Operational cooperation in the team;
Answering questions and complaints,
Responsible for starting the day or closing the brasserie;
Carrying out activities such as ordering, refilling and keeping the workplace tidy;
All other activities not mentioned here, but which are a logical part of the job.
Job requirements:
Education level MBO, preferably in the direction of tourism/hotel school;
Minimum 1 year of experience as a manager;
Your Dutch and English speaking skills are excellent;
Experience within the hotel industry is a must;
You can describe your character traits as: team player, enthusiastic, stress resistant, flexible and service-oriented;
Hands on mentality.

4. The position is for a full-time employment, 4 days is also possible. You work focused on day shifts, but flexibility is desirable. You also work during holidays and weekends.
